Important Notes When Placing an Order

your order may be returned to us or discarded.
In such cases, we cannot provide a refund for any incurred costs. -

Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping typically takes 3 to 10 days after dispatch.
All shipments are handled via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Customs Duties and Taxes
- The recipient (importer) is responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
- The tax rate varies depending on the destination country (importing country),
and in some cases, high customs fees may be applied. - Before placing your order, please check the customs regulations of your country.
- We cannot provide an estimate of customs duties in advance, as they are determined by the importing country.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived or if there is a shipping issue,
please contact both your local postal service and our company.
You can check your package's status via the designated tracking service.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive
- We will submit an investigation request to Japan Post.
- At the same time, we ask you to also submit an investigation request to your local postal service.
- Investigations may take approximately one month to complete.
If Your Package Is Declared "Lost"
- If the investigation determines that your package is lost, we will issue a full refund.
- ※ Compensation limit: 2 million JPY
- ※ Refund processing may take time, so we appreciate your patience.
Returned Packages Due to Exceeded Storage Period
- If the package is not received and the storage period expires,
it may be returned to us. - In such cases, you must cover the actual shipping cost for re-shipping the package.
Re-shipping After Return
- Each order is eligible for a maximum of one re-shipment.
- If payment for re-shipping costs is not confirmed within 14 days after we issue the invoice:
- We will deduct the required costs from the total order amount and refund the difference.
- If the total shipping costs exceed the order amount, no refund will be issued.
Changing the Shipping Address
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change to the shipping address.
- If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address and you wish to have it re-shipped,
