Return & Refund Policy (Europe)
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. However, for customers within the European Union (EU), a 14-day cooling-off period applies (see below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs:
- If you are returning an item under the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately after your return has been processed and accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
